RoseDog Books Bookstore Returns Policy

RoseDog allows a retailer that displays our books in their bookstore to return any unsold books for full credit.  No other print on demand (POD) publisher, that we  know of, offers this policy AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE AUTHOR.

When book retailers buy books from a publisher in hopes of reselling them to the general public, the industry standard requires that the retailer is allowed to return any unsold books to the publisher for full credit.  However, when books are manufactured using a print on demand method (POD)--other publishers do not allow the retailer to return unsold books for full credit. 

We allow the retailer to return all unsold books for full credit.

No book publisher can guarantee bookstore availabilty, but our policy means that retailers are more likely to stock a RoseDog book compared to another POD publisher's books.
